New Start, New Season

I just stared Track (3/7/11), and OH MY GOSH!! I am so not in shape. I had the hardest time running. What we did was : Stretching (lunges, quick sprints, butt kicks, etc.), two 400s (those were hard to run), two 300s, and walking in-between. Then we split up: Jumpers and Sprinters, Long distance, and throwers.


I went to the Jumpers group, because I want to learn how to do hurdles, High jump, and long jump. Me and three other girls were doing some simple exercises for the hurdles. By the end of an hour, we could jump the hurdles!
